From May 14 to 16, the MAP Foundation has organized an annual Organizational Development (OD) workshop. All MAP Foundation programs came together and evaluated the organizational structure, reviewed job description of each position, and monitored the progress. Not only does it help empower changes, and help staff understand the MAP Foundation structure but it is also team building, reconnecting activities, and driving strategic growth within the foundation. The workshop was held at Chiang Mai Grandview for two days.
