On August 29–30, MAP Foundation hosted a follow-up Participatory Action Research (PAR) workshop at the Chiang Mai Grand View Hotel, bringing together eight migrant community working group leaders to present their research findings regarding their community-led projects.
With direct feedback from facilitators, these dedicated leaders evaluated their research outcomes and tackled ongoing challenges.
Building on the previous PAR workshop—where leaders learned basic research methods for data collection—this session focused on presenting key research findings and examining the core challenges migrants face in their communities.
Sub-grant leaders learned key insights from one another's research, while facilitators provided actionable feedback and suggestions on how to improve research techniques for better outcomes in future projects.
