On September 13, 2026, the Labour Rights for All team at MAP Foundation organized a workshop on collective bargaining for migrant women worker representatives in Mae Sot.
The session was led by Mr. Ekarit Meesidhi from Meesit Law Office, who provided an in-depth explanation of migrant labor rights as well as key laws and regulations governing collective bargaining for migrant workers.
The workshop brought together worker representatives from four local factories. Participants had the opportunity to engage in hands-on collective bargaining simulations and small group discussions, allowing them to exchange firsthand experiences and share practical strategies.
